My 14 year old son struggles with learning differences and auditory/visual processing. Alicia is so knowledgeable of and adaptive to his specific needs. Before attending weekly sessions of OT, we did not know how pervasive my son's visual struggles were. With practice and the use of helpful tips and tools, we have noticed positive changes when he is reading and attending to other schoolwork. Even during the covid quarantine, Alicia has been able to connect with my son (through live online sessions and sharing materials in real time) to keep our weekly routine and keep consistent with his therapy, which has been so important to have while we are at home. Alicia gave me practical activities to apply at work, as well as practice activities, between our sessions and I could see improvement each week.
